Students at Marmara University have the opportunity to study abroad through various international exchange programs.
As part of the Erasmus Student Mobility Program, students enrolled at our university can study at Erasmus Charter-holding higher education institutions in Europe for a period ranging from 3 to 12 months (one or two semesters). During their time abroad, students benefit from the academic, cultural, and social opportunities offered by the host institutions.
Financial support is provided to participating students in the form of grants determined by the European Commission. These grants are non-refundable and aim to assist with the costs of studying abroad. Selected students may also choose to participate in the program without receiving a grant (referred to as “zero-grant” mobility).

In addition, through the Mevlana and Farabi Exchange Programs, our students can broaden their academic experience by studying at different universities within Turkey and abroad.
The Mevlana Program supports student exchanges between Turkish universities and higher education institutions outside Turkey.

The Farabi Program enables student mobility between universities within Turkey.

Through these exchange opportunities, our students gain not only academic enrichment but also valuable experiences in cultural exchange and personal development.
